02/04/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and he is going to try the variance process to check what the cost is and if possible to have approved. The drawings are still being worked on to submit for plan check. Will check in 45 days.
09/06/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the draftman doing the drawings and went over the required drawings they need to submit. He has the site drawings done but was lacking the floor plan. He has the survey that was done locating the pins on the property and are indicated on the site plan. Went over the D.D.O. and the variance that may be required for approval by zoning if the addition are to remain. Showed what addition are in violation and need to indicate what there use is. Need to show the windows and doors through out. The draftman is hoping to have the drawings done in a few weeks and advise that if the permit is issued that an inspection can be done. He asked if all the details have to be shown and told only what he can see and if they want to see an attachment that will be done during the inspection. Will check in 60 days. RV.
05/30/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved TALK TO THE DRAFTSMAN AND HE HAS GIVEN A PLAN OF THE WORK WITH OUT PERMITS THAT WILL BE ADDRESSED. THEY HAD A SURVEY DONE AND THE PROPERTY LINE HAS A SET BACK FOR TRANSPORTATION ON VALENCIA RD. WITH AN ADDITION THAT WAS BUILT INTO THAT SETBACK. A D.D.O. WILL BE REQUIRED AND MAY NEED A VARIANCE APPROVAL ON PART OF THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURES THAT WERE BUILT. I WILL BE CALLING THE OWNER TO LET KNOW I WILL BE CHECKING IN 45 DAYS. WILL CHECK IN 45 DAYS. RV.
04/12/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH THE OWNER AND WENT OVER WHAT SHOWED WHAT WAS APPROVED WITH THE CITY OF TUCSON. THE OWNER HAD WORK DONE BY T.I.A. ON SOUND PROOFING AND THOUGHT WITH THAT WORK DONE THAT ALL THE PERMITS WERE RESOLVED. ONCE HE SAW THE SITE PLAN LAST APPROVED WHEN THE ADDITION WAS DONE, HE WILL GET A SITE PLAN APPROVED AND PERMIT ALL WORK NOT SHOWN ON THE LAST APPROVED PLANS. WILL KEEP THE SAME FOLLOW UP DATE ON 5-25-12 FOR THE NEXT FOLLOW UP INSPECTION. RV.
