03/21/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Spoke to owner in unit 5, he was spray painting spots on car with a can, I advised to stop he also had a few cars that fell under the J.M.V city code. He said he would have them removed by monday, I advised that i will return on 03-26-2012
