Site inspection; TPD and owners were unexpectedly present at location due to recent trespassing of property and structure and theft of copper wire, etc. Main service meter previously removed and red-tagged by TEP. Accumulation of refuse and vegetation on property. Refuse is primarily items left by previous tenants who moved out approx. September 2011. Front door boarded previously; all other windows and doors remain secured. Property is boarded by fencing with front gate that can be locked, though the gate was broken at inspection. Owners were advised of NOV to be sent and given biz card. |
