New corrugated fencing approx. over 6' has been constructed on the north and west sides, which requires a site plan review and a permit with engineered plans. A structure with a garage door has been built in the northwest corner, which opens onto the street; the structure does not meet setbacks from property lines and may require a permit due to size.
