TPD MENTIONED OWNER IS NOT LETTING THEM INSIDE THE PROPERTY, BUT HAS NO UTILITIES, IS RUNNING POWER FROM THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND HAS A FIRE BURNING IN THE FIREPLACE. UPON ARRIVAL I NOTICED THERE WAS A REALTORS SIGN IN THE FRONT YARD. SPOKE WITH MR SERFACE WHO MENTIONED THE HOUSE IS UP FOR SALE, HE IS RUNNING POWER FROM THE NEIGHBORS SO THAT HE CAN MAKE REPAIRS, AND IS NOT STAYING ON THE PROPERTY. TPD MENTIONED THEY SPOKE WITH THE OWNERS MOTHER ROBERTA (928-254-9652) WHO MENTIONED THAT VICTOR CERTAINLY WAS STAYING AT THE HOUSE AND IS MAKING THE REPAIRS AS MENTIONED. ASKED TO ENTER THE PROPERTY, MR SERFACE ASKED I NOT AND MENTIONED HE DID NOT WANT ME ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. SPOKE TO THE NEIGHBORS WHO REMOVED THE EXTENSION CORD AND ISSUED A EMERGENCY NOTICE TO VACATE DUE TO LACK OF UTILITES. MR SERFACE WOULD NOT SIGN FOR THE NOV AND TPD MENTIONED THEY COULD BE ON THE PROPERTY UP TO THE FRONT DOOR. TPD ASSISTED ME TO THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY SO THAT I COULD POST THE NOV, AND (2) DO NOT ENTER POSTINGS. MR SERFACE WAS ALLOWED TO STAY WITH THE NEIGHBORS. TPD MENTIONED THEY WOULD KEEP AN EYE ON THE PROPERTY MAKING SURE OWNER WAS NOT STAYING THERE OVERNIGHT. EXPLAINED TO BOTH OFFICERS THE NPO ON LIVING AT A PROPERTY WITH NO UTILITES. GAVE TPD MY BUSINESS CARD IN CASE OF FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE OWNER/PROPERTY.
