Fencing installed along west and north portions of property is comprised primarly of corrugated metal sheets and a few doors; approximately 50% of this is over 6'; none of it is structurally sound. Fencing will require site plan review and building permit with engineered plans. Additionally, an attached porch on the north side of the main structure was built without required permits. Accumulation of vegetation on abutting right of way is present, some veg on property. Photos uploaded to sire. |
