MEGAN MENTIONED THAT 3D PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (JEFF) WAS SENDING A PERSON OUT TO FIX THE HOLE IN THE BDRM. I SUGGESTED THAT SHE WRITE DOWN ALL PROBLEMS WITH THE STRUCTURE, CALL JEFF FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND INFORM THEM OF THE ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS IN HOPES THAT THEY ALL GET ABATED. I ALSO MENTIONED THAT I WOULD CALL JEFF AT 3D. MEGAN DECIDED SHE WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH JEFF FIRST AND THEN GET BACK WITH ME IF 3D MANAGEMENT DECIDES NOT TO WORK WITH THEM TO GET ISSUES ABATED.
