ALTHOUGH TENANT HAD ALL UTILITIES, THERE WAS URINE AND FECIES THRU OUT THE UNIT AND SATURATING THE CARPET AREA. BATHROOM WAS OVERFLOWING WITH FECIES AND KITCHEN AREA HAD FOOD, DRINKS, BOXES AND DISHES COVERING THE COUNTER TOPS AND FECIES ALL OVER THE FLOOR. TRIED CONTACTING MANAGEMENT RECEIVED NO ANSWER AND TPD HAD TRIED MAKING CONTACT APPROX 1 HR BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. TPD INFORMED TENANT MICHAEL LANMAN THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE UNIT UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED AND INFORMED MANAGEMENT OF THE SAME. TPD CALLED BATHCREST FOR SECURING OF UNIT. SHORTLY AFTER MAINTANENCE ARRIVED (MARCO) AND ASKED THAT WE GO AHEAD AND SECURE UNIT SINCE HE COULD NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH MANAGER NORMA IBARRA. FINALLY NORMA CALLED AND ASKED MAINTANENCE TO RE KEY THE FRONT DEAD BOLT AND DID. NOV WAS ISSUED FOR UNSANITARY CONDITIONS, SIGNED BY MARCOS SUAREZ, UNIT WAS POSTED FRONT AND REAR DOOR.
