I spoke with an employee who in turn contacted one of the owners. After speaking with an owner and explaining the C of O process she stated she was aware of the licensing requirements as she has other business locations around Tucson. She stated she did not have access to business documents at the time we spoke however would research and forward the documents to me via email or FAX. The employee stated that a person at an adjacent business had been over the previous day expressing great displeasure with the type of business being operated. The business had some retail items and some literature with respect to medical marijuana. There were no machines or equipment or any manufacturing of any kind noted. The type of business would fall into the office or mercantile classification. I will follow up in a few weeks to check status of C of O in the event the owner does not contact me. |
