Referral from case # T10DV05187; transfer of ownership 1/30/12. This is a large lot with natural vegetation with a SFR on the west portion. This structure has been vacant since July 2006 due to collapsed roof and accumulation of refuse and debris on the interior. Property had supposedly been without gas and electricity for 30 years. Structure has been boarded for over 180 days and remains unrepaired and dilapidated as well as a nuisance to the neighborhood. The brick exterior is in poor condition with accumulation of graffiti present. Property has a large accumulation of refuse and vegetation. |
