I stopped by the leasing office and spoke with management. They were unaware of a specific complaint from a specific apartment. The manager did state that Burns Pest Control had begun a treatment of the entire complex last week that will take a few more weeks.
The unidentified complainant has not made contact with the management to advise of a problem and until such time management will be unable to help him/her. I did advise management that unit 4103 was where the complaint originated.
In the event the complainant calls back please get contact information and direct him/her to contact complex management in order to generate a workorder for pest control treatment.
