03/20/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The work is still up and no inspection have been done. Did talk to the owner and he is working out of state and won't be back for a few weeks. Did let him know that the permit expires on 3-30-13 and gave the phone number to P.D.S.D. to call to try and get an extension. Went over that the footing needs to be inspected before the concrete is poured and that will give him another 180 days from that inspection if done before 3-30-13. Went over that the fines will start if nothing is done for the inspection or extension. Will check in 30 days. RV.

Talk to the owner and the plans have been approved and lacking payment for the permit to be issued. The owners have lost their jobs and will be starting new jobs this week and are hoping to get the money they need in a couple weeks. The permit T12CM03002 has been approved on 7-27-12 and needs to be paid to have the permit issued. Will Check in 30 days.
