VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGER DALE POTTS WHO MENTIONED HE WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, HAD A REQUEST FOR A REPAIR ON 2/07 AND THE REPAIR WAS MADE THE SAME DAY. THE PROBLEM WAS A CRACKED BREAKER, AND THE BREAKER WAS REPLACED. I WENT TO SPACE #333 AND DID NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS INSIDE THE PEDISTAL. NO ARCHING AND THE BREAKERS WERE ALL LIKE BREAKERS. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. CLOSE CASE |
