VISITED SITE, SPOKE WITH TENANT KIRA COZZENS (310-9449) WHO MENTIONED THAT ONLY TWO OF THE THREE CARS WERE JMV'S, ONE PICK UP WAS BEING USED FOR PARTS FOR THE RUNNING CHEVY PICK. KIRA DID START THE RUNNING CHEVY PICK UP, I ASKED SHE TAKE CAR OF THE TWO NOT RUNNING. EXPLAINED NOV PROCESS AND ABATEMENT PERIOD. |
