TENANTS HAD MOVED OUT, CLEANED FRONT YARD AREA FREE OF GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS, REMOVED ALL CARS (4-5 JMV'S) AND ALL AUTO PARTS AND TIRES. SIDE FENCE ON THE NORTH/ FRONT SIDE OF THE HOUSE WAS REMOVED AND SET ASIDE. TRASH AND DEBRIS WAS LEFT INSIDE. A 10/16/12 INSPECTION FOUND THE GRASS AND WEEDS TALL AGAIN AND DEBRIS LEFT ON THE REAR PORCH. STRUCTURE IS VACANT AND SECURED WITH DEBRIS ON THE INTERIOR OF STRUCTURE AS WELL. HOUSE MAY BE FORECLOSED, NOV WILL BE ISSUED TO THE LAST OWNER. **CONTACTED STEVE TOPPER IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA (702-528-0572) HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, ASKED HE CONTACT ME CONCERNING THE STATUS OF THE PROPERTY. |

| 03/12/2012 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | RECEIVED CALL FROM OWNER STEVE TOPPER WHO MENTIONED TENANTS ARE BEING EVICTED FOR LACK OF PAYMENT, HE LIVES IN LAS VEGAS AND IS UNAWARE OF WHAT THE PROPERTY LOOKS LIKE, HOWEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM TENANT THAT ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN ABATED, ASKED IF I COULD REINSPECT AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT THE SITUATION MIGHT BE AND IF THE ISSUES WERE ABATE. MR TOPPER MENTIONED HE IS SCHEDULING A TRIP TO TUCSON TO MAKE ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS TO THE STRUCTURE ONCE THE TENANTS ARE OUT. ASKED IF THE TENANTS DID NOT ABATE THE ISSUES, COULD HE GET ADDITIONAL TIME TO CLEAN AND MAKE REPAIRS F/U INPS IS SCHEDULED FOR 3/12/2012. SPOKE TO CARLOS EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, CARLOS MENTIONED WE COULD GIVE HIM AN ADDITONAL 30 DAYS TO ABATE ALL ISSUES, BUT WOULD THEN NEED TO CHARGE HIM. |
