Found some small piles of dirt in the easement area at the rear of the properties. They do not block the easement. Dirt is not considered refuse. There is no gate from this property to the easement. Unable to determine where the dirt came from. This would be a civil matter between neighbors. Will contact the owner and advise. Close case. |
