At site with Armando Q. with DSD. After assessing damage to I-beam structure, we determined that the structure should be examined by a structural engineer. I spoke to Jose Penna, plant manager. I explained the issues and concerns of the city and informed him about getting a structural engineer to examine the bent framework. Explianed the NOV and re-inspections fees. F/U 30 days. |
