03/20/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. A worker was on site and will be renting the house and trying to purchase the house. The house is getting new tile and lacking the counter tops. All the inspection have been finaled except electrical intermediate and the electrical service upgrade. The finals have been signed off and will check with P.D.S.D. if the permit can be finaled. Did E-mail to Geraldo to check if the permit can be finaled. RV.
12/06/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The trusses have been all replaced with new and the shingles have been installed. The electrical was being done with all be new through out. Has a trench on the east side of the house where a new service entrance line will be replacing the existing to the main electrical meter. The plumbing has all been replaced with new and the water lines are PEX, the wood framing has been replaced with new in the center of the house, Drywall has holes in the walls where new plumbing lines where replaced and the electrical was checked or replaced, and the drywall still has smoke damage through out and the last inspection was done on 11-1-12, T12CM05353. Will check in 60 days. RV.
09/17/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Work is being done on the property and a wood frame has been placed over the hole that was in the roof. Has trash and debris in the front of the house on the west side with tall grass and weeds. Will call the owner. Permit has been issuedT12CM05353 on 8-28-12 and has the clearance for the electrical to be turned back on to make the repairs. Will check in 60 days. RV.
07/17/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured but the front security door was opened. Was able to secure while on site. The blue tarp has ripped and torn and blowing around from the roof. No work has been done on the fore damage. Called the owner to check the status and left a message. Will check in 60 days. RV.
05/11/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved HOUSE IS VACANT AND SECURED. NO CHANGE ON THE FIRE DAMAGE AND THE PROPERTY HAS TALL GRASS AND WEEDS AND THE OWNER WAS CALLED AT THE LAST INSPECTION THAT THEY NEEDED TO BE CUT. THE OWNER CALLED AND HE HAS CUT THE WEEDS SEVERAL TIMES SINCE MY LAST INSPECTION. HE WILL HAVE THE YARD CLEANED UP AND THE OWNER OR THE CONTRACTOR WILL CALL ME WHEN COMPLETED. WILL CHECK IN 60 DAYS.
