The bagged refuse may be intended for regular collection as it is stacked in an orderly fashion against the fence. Overall the house and yard are reasonably clean. Inspector Goodman stated that TPD had called him referrence this house with a complaint that there were squatters living in the back yard. Goodman looked at the property but was unable to witness any such activity, nor did I upon my visit. Goodman stated that the owner may be hospitalized but was unsure if that informatin is correct. I looked up a contact number for the listed owner and attempted contact however a man answered and said I had the wrong number. At this time there are no violations to pursue. I will follow up in a few weeks and see if the bagged garbage is gone. |
