Inspection of Fred's Custom Car Care and includes D & E. Owner arrived at site and stated he did do small amounts of painting; painting fumes could be smelled. Inspection showed restoration and body work being conducted. Site is approved for Auto Repair in a C2 zone, but not auto painting and body repair, which falls under "Trade Service and Repair, Major" and may not be allowed in C2, but C3 and above. Review is required. It was determined that an individual was being allowed to occupy the upstairs in area E as a living space; this was approved as storage and an office area only. Owner advised of violations. |
