At site, spoke to owners son, Tom. No complaints have been filed with the manager, Dolly. Left notice for tenant to call an make appointment to inspect trailer. Owner son said awning was caulked and sealed about a week ago. Said he would check with tenant for any other complaints and issues. F/U 30 days. |
