1. No new piping. Blk iron pipe may not be installed under the building, but must be kept at least 6" above grade or structure. At the water heater: Flex may not pass thru the water heater partition. Require approved valves. No T&P relief drain. Shut off valve at cold inlet to be accessible. Unable to locate the bond between the gas and the water. No plan on site. Unable to make review. |
