No approved plans on site (IFC 105.5) - need to keep approved plans on site at all times during construction 2. Address numbers need to be posted on building 12" inch high numbers (IFC 505.1) 3. Per IFC 1008.1 states the following: Last line of the 1st paragraph "Doors provided for egress purposes in numbers greater than required by this code shall meet the requirements of this section." 4. Rear exit door that is marked with an illuminated exit sign has a screen door on it that does not open the full width of 32", need to remove screen door or move shed away from door. 5. Rear egress walk way will need to be 36" in width to a public way and a exit sign posted on gate showing way out of back area, move storage shed over or remove shed. (IFC 1021). |
