2. IFC 1008.1.9.3 Front main doors need a readily visible durable sign posted on the egress side on or adjacent to the door(s) stating: THIS DOOR TO REMIAN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED". The sign shall be 1 inch letters on a contrasting background.
3. IFC 1008.1.9.9 & 1008.1.9.8 Electromagnetically locked egress doors are allowed when this section is followed.
4. IFC 1008.1.10 Panic and fire exit hardware. Panic hardware shall be installed on both doors from stairs and exiting out of the dancing area.
5. IFC 907.2.1 Shall install a full fire alarm system per the NFPA 72 standards.
04/29/2013 FIRE - FINAL Denied 1. IFC 901.4 Correct sprinkler coverage in the front patio lobby area one head is 11 feet off a wall.
2. IFC 901.4 Correct sprinkler coverage on the 1st floor ceiling has been changed from a drop solid type to a ceiling that now has holes you did not move heads but they are now 20 inches from deck, they can only be 12 inches from deck.
3. 901.4 Inspector test valve needs to be plumed to the outside of the riser room.
4. IFC 509.1 Label riser room door with following words "RISER ROOM"
5. IFC 907.2.1 Need to install a full alarm panel with horns and strobes as stamped of front page of approved plans.
