02/20/2012 FIRE SPKLR - FINAL Partial Approval 1.) During Fire pump test motor has a low grinding sound coming from it; sound does go away but comes back will need to have this looked into.
2.) Need pump curve sent to me before clearing test as a final.
3.) Alarm panel showing tamper trouble but all valves are open need to check switches (Kazal adjusted switches no troubles)
4.) Alarm panel shows fire pump in trouble. (City electrician re-wired no troubles)
5.) Shut power switch off to the fire pump trouble was received at the alarm panel.
6.) Tested fire pump one more time received at panel.
7.) I advised Wayne from city that they can cancel fire watch. Fire pump up and running and fire alarm panel all clear.
