1.) Need accurate floor plans
2.) Need illuminated exit signs:

3.) Need emergency back-up lights:

4.) Need sign over front exit door that reads: DOOR MUST REMAIN OPEN WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED"
5.) Exit corridor must be 1Hr. Fire Rated.
6.) Doors within corridor must be 1Hr. rated doors and must be equipped with self-closers. Doors can not have door stoppers.
7.) Doors and corridor on the 2nd. floor must also be 1Hr. rated
8.) Can disregard items # 5-7 if walls constructed without permits are removed.
9.) Must remove the interior security doors or replace them on the exterior side of the door. Doors must swing in the direction of egress travel.
10.) Must remove the keyd-lock from rear exit door.
11.) All doors must be readily openible:
a.) Rear door sticks, hard to open
b.) Thumb-turn lock on rear door hard to turn.
12.) Install steps for exiting on the retaining wall located outside the rear exit.
13.) The steps must have a minimum of a 7"x11" run.
14.) Gate leading out to a "public way" from the rear exit door must readily openible at all times when the building is occupied.
15.) Need door knob for the bathroom door, bottom floor.
16.) Secure the oprn wiring in bathroom fan.
17.) Door in # 3 room is hard to open, sticks.
18.) Cover openings in walls. 2nd. floor.
