Inspector test valve has no water flow and unable to find 2nd test valve - Shall repair or replace test valve and locate and sign all inspectors test vales. 3. FDC (Fire Department Connection) obstructed - maintain a clear access to FDC at all times (post a sign stating "NO PARKING" KEEP CLEAR) 4. Hanger and Supports detached from building - Shall repair or replace all hangers and supports that are detached from building that are used for the sprinkler system. 5. FDC (Fire Department Connection) Siamese FDC has no sign - shall provide proper signage for the FDC. 6. Fire hose in hose cabinets is outdated - Shall test all hoses in hose cabinets or replace with new hose, this is to be done annually. 7. 350 plus sprinkler heads are over the age of 50 years old - Shall test a sample of heads per NFPA 25 or replace all heads. NOTE: You will need a permit from Tucson Fire Department to do this work. 8. NAC batteries located above offices failed load test - Shall replace batteries. 9. Supervisory switch for system control valves in docks where not tested - Shall have all supervisory switches tested. |
