CORRECTION: You will have the esscusion plate around your sprinkler head replaced so that there is no gap for heat to travel around and into a concealed ceiling space.

2006 IFC 510.1 Rooms containing controls for sprinkler risers and valves shall be identified with a permanent sign constructed of DURABLE MATERIALS.
CORRECTION: You shall have your "ISER OOM" sign repaired so that it reads RISER ROOM.

2006 IFC 508.5.4 Storage shall not be placed or kept near fire protection control valves in a manner that would prevent such equipment from being immediately accessed.
CORRECTION: You will clear an area of access around your Sprinkler Riser so that the valves are accessible.

2006 IFC 1008.1.8.4 Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are only permitted on the inactive leaf only of a pair of doors that serves a storage room.
CORRECTION: You shall remove the slide bolt lock that is securing the two leaves of your Recieving Room door.

2006 IFC 3003.5.3 Compressed gas cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling.
CORRECTION: You shall secure your two unsecured CO2 tanks in the "Cafe BackRoom"

2006 IFC 703.1 The required fire resistance rating of fire resistant rated construction shall be maintained.
CORRECTION: You shall replace the partially removed /broken ceiling tile over the hotwater heater located in your "Cafe Back Room"

Upon Reinspection on May 12th, 2011, you will provide the Fire Inspector with a copy of the last Inspection Report of your Fire Sprinkler System.
