The actuation of the fire suppression system shall automatically shut down the fuel or electrical power supply to the cooking equipment. The fuel and electrical supply reset shall be manual. _____ Repair micro switch per hood system deficiency report - United Fire 9/30/10 TFC 605.6 - Unapproved conditions. Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. _____ Repair electrical outlet covers - Exterior, North wall TFC 904.11.6.3 - Cleaning. Hoods, grease-removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be cleaned at intervals necessary to prevent the accumulation of grease. Cleanings shall be recorded, and records shall state the extent, time and date of cleaning. Such records shall be maintained on the premises. _____ Clean hood system and keep records of periodical cleanings. TFC 605.3 - Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches in width, 36 inches in depth and 78 inches in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. _____ Clear area around electrical panels and transformer. |
