05/03/2011 INSP - SELF INSPECTION PROGRAM Approved All violations are corrected. Hood system has been inspected and tag removed. Owner removed the extra deep fat fryer rather than extend coverage, there is currently 1 deep fat fryer properly protected. I advised the owner that the hood/supression system must be inspected twice annually.
04/15/2011 INSP - SELF INSPECTION PROGRAM Violation Spoke with rep from United Fire; commercial cooking supression system tagged as non compliant due to no coverage over a new deep fat fryer. I red tagged this fryer as it was the one in use. They may use covered fryer or switch the two so the one in use is under the nozzle, since they are in a side by side arrangement. Must call for red tag removal.
Still need inspection and cleaning reports. Occ Load not posted.
