CORRECTION: You shall provide exit signs over your front and rear exit.

2. 2006 IFC 1008.1.8.3 A key locking device is permitted on the main exterior exit door where a sign over the door reads, "This door to remain unlocked while the building is occupied."
CORRECTION: You shall provide replace the key locking cylinder on your rear exit with a thumb turn bolt.

3. 2006 IFC 308.3.2 Open flame device holders will return to the upright position after being tilted to a 45 degree angle and where a piece of tissue paper is placed on top of the holder it will not ignite in less than 10 seconds.
CORRECTION: You shall cease burning candles until the proper holder is in place.

4. 2006 IFC 906.1 Fire extinguishers shall be tested/ inspected yearly.
CORRECTION: You shall have your fire extinguisher tested and tagged by a qualified individual or company.

5. 2006 IFC 605.6 Approved covers shall be provided for outlets.
CORRECTION: Secure your loose outlet cover on the SW wall of the showroom behind the bed display.
