Met with Mr. Roth we walked around property looking at what needs repaired #8 was done and #10 was done. I advised him that he can use his maintenance person to replace all missing escutcheons. Mr. Roth stated that his company does have a work order set up for repairs, he did ask how much time will they have to get all done I told by April 15, 2011. |
