Contacted Bank Field Svcs spoke to Javier (rep) he confirmed my last contact back in May and found some problems that arose regarding bids from thier contractors. Re-issued request to clean up and security of openings, ref # 10941762. They anticipate security on 06/21/12 and we can contact on Monday to get tenative date for exterior weeds and debris. Action: will re-assign to Inspector Stevens to conduct follow up July 9th.
05/30/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 05/30/12: Rick Saldate conducted follow up due to concerned neighbor and people breaking into structure. Inspection found single family house still vacant and all windows and doors locked. Yard in bad shape, a lot of overgrown and dried weeds and some plants. Debris in side yard and two open storage areas, one a detached wooden home built shed and mechanical room for hotwater heater and possibly furnace but unsure due to heavy vandalism for appliance and copper piping. Rick contacted Bank of America's local contractor (posted on front window) who stated they have contractor slated to clean today, he communicated tracking ID: 10797590. Action: will place hold on City clean up and monitor until end of week and re-asses on 06/04/12.
