Other roof in a state of collapse. Trailer left on property is filled w/misc. trash, debris & garbage. Other structure, (south side) possible room addition w/2 windows appears to be attached to main structure. Newer roof top AC unit. large amounts of w/o/p issues. Insp. could not gain entry onto property due to gates were secured by lock & chain |
