PROPERTY HAS TALL GRASS AND WEEDS WITH TRASH AND DEBRIS THROUGH OUT THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE ALLEY. THESE PROPERTY APPEAR TO BE ABANDED AND WILL TRY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER IF ANY. PROPERTY RE-POSTED FOR "DO NOT ENTER UNFIT TO OCUPPY". RV.

Water service restored, tenants notified water service to be terminated on or around 1/5/12. Contact made w/occupant of unit 1920, stated all affected residences are in process of moving out. Several units have been vacated other still have items inside, packed & ready to move. Inspector to return 1/6/12 to access issues. Large amounts of discarded furniture left in alleyway. Conversation w/supervisor while on site recommended to contact ES for removal due to property in foreclosure.
