Water service restored, tenants notified water service to be terminated on or around 1/5/12. Contact made w/occupant of unit 1920, stated all affected residences are in process of moving out. Several units have ben vacated including 1922 w/no power, others still have items inside, packed & ready to move. Inspector to return 1/6/12 to access issues. Large amounts of discarded furniture left in alleyway. Conversation w/supervisor while on site recommended to contact ES for removal due to property in foreclosure.
