Working smoke detector lacking from all units Property managers was collecting rent but # has been disconnected. No contact numbers for responsible parties. Supervisor contact, decision made to allow 48 hrs to restore water service. NOV's hand delivered and signed. Informed all if water could not be restored, all units would be condemned & posted unfit to occupy. Units #'s 1918, 20, 22 & 24
