Large amounts of overgrown vegetation through property, trash, debris and garbage. Dead palm fronds under 10 ft, dead vegetation (hedges) along properties perimeter. w/o/p electric HWH not installed to code requirements, lacks installation into approved enclosure & TPRV drain line. Wood fascia beginning to deteriorate due to lacking required weather protection. Contact made w/neighbor, stated unit has been vacant for some time & owner passed away several years ago, have not seen any family menbers for quite some time.
