R3 zoned residential parcel is being used for storage; the parcel contains a residential storage structure which is highly dilapidated and uses portions of the exterior fencing as walls; ceilingis damaged, allowing moisture to penetrate the interior. The parcel is filled with storage items such as vehicles, equipment, materials, etc. and is surrounded by a dilapidated fence structure composed of various materials, including non traditional fencing materials. The fence is not structurally sound, is over 6', and is covered in graffiti. The primary use of the parcel is storage, which is not an allowable primary use in the R3 zone. |
