The property has tall grass and weeds through out and the trash and debris is still in the gazibo. 05/18/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved HOUSE IS VACANT AND SECURED. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ON THE CLEAN UP. DID TALK TO THE OWNER AND THE PROPERTY IS GOING TO BE DEMO'ED. DID GET THE PHONE NUMBER THE TO THE CONTRACTOR AND HE IS WAITING TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER TO CHECK IF OTHER ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE. THE CONTRACTOR SAW PERSONAL ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE REMOVED LIKE CITIZENSHIP DOCUMENTS ON THE WALL. THEY ARE HOPING TO START IN A FEW WEEKS AND WILL BE PUTTING A DUMPSTER ON THE PROPERTY THIS WEEK.
