THE UNIT STILL NEEDS REPAIRS COMPLETED AND STILL NEEDS THE WALLS AND CEILINGS TO BE CLEANED OF THE SMOKE DAMAGE. HE STATED THAT HE IS SHORT ON HELP BUT WILL TRY TO FINISH THE UNIT IN 30 DAYS. THE UNIT IS VACANT AND SECURED. THE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME AND DID CALL WHEN THE INSPECTION WAS DONE. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
12/16/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved UNIT IS VACANT AND SECURED. THE UNIT IS BEING AIRED OUT AND THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS BEING LEFT OPENED ON THE BALCONY AND ON THE SECOND FLOOR. UNABLE TO FIND MAMAGEMENT AND WILL CALL THE OFFICE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE UNIT. UNABLE TO CHECK IF THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPAIRED BUT NOT FINDING A PERMIT FOR THE WORK IF COMPLETED.
