Kitchen 3 prong receptacle have no G.F.I.C. protection, Main disconnect lacking several breaker blank covers, front porch has been removed & rebuilt, lacks approved attaching hardware, improper use of materials such as section of pressure treated 4"x 4" beam toe nailed together & lacks metal flashing along exterior block wall. Due to work being done requires permit & research shows none issued, stop work order posted. NOV to follow |
