APT UNIT #527 HAS ROACHES AND TERMITS. MET W/OCCUPANTS AND EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF REMOVING DEAD ROACH BODIES. ALSO MET W/APT MGR AND DISCUSSED MY FINDINGS. COMPLEX HAS SCHEDULED ENTIRE APT SECTION TO BE TREATED ON 11/21 FOR ROACHES AND 11/29 FOR TERMITS. OCCUPANTS ADVISED NOT TO BE IN UNIT FOR 3 HOURS AND PETS NOT TO BE IN BLDG FOR 6HRS. PROVIDED OCCUPANTS W/COMPLEX SPRAY NOTICIATION AND ADVISED OCCUPANTS TO ALLOW UNIT TO BE TREATED. |
