AS I WAS CONDUCTING THE INSPECTION MAINTENANCE SHOWED UP AND CORRECT THE PROPBLEM WITH STOVE, PILOTS WERE TURNED ON. A FIRE ALARM WAS INSTLLED , VIOLATIONS CORRECTED CLOSE CASE. ON 11/17/11 8:50AM A TELE CALL WAS MADE TO TENANT AT TEL. # 434-466-5567 NO ANSWER MESSAGE WAS LEFT. CLOSE CASE. |
