Call # 1111150380 from TPD. Met officers on site; Two vacant duplex buildings on parcel have been breached by trespassers who broken windows, doors, removed wiring, and caused general damage. Accumulation of refuse in rear areas. Main electrical panel has been damaged. Employee of property manager Daniel Reichardt (Genesis) arrived to board openings. He stated they are due to return next week with a rolloff to cleanup and start remodeling the units. Note: open case T11DV08684 for this location is pending for dilapidated fencing. |
