Vacant structure on commercially 0-3 zoned property exists in dilapidated condition. Structure is L-shaped and consists of two quonset huts, a drive through area, and office, all of which are connected. The structure is metal framed, covered primarily corrugated metal, with half round roof in most places, built in approx. 1955. Past use includes auto repair; has been previously condemned in 1998; documented fire occurred at property in 2000. Fire has damaged interior curtain walls. Roofing and structural components are damaged; buildings are not weatherproofed and are open to further damage from elements; buildings are open and accessible to trespassing; security consists of dilapidated chain link fencing, which has been breached in the past. |
