Due to progress 30 day extension & inspector to e-mail property manager for status of job completions date.

With property manager for both 1401 S Alvernon Way & parcel #1350-14-034F (Naylor Wash) Walked entire site, reviewed issues needing to be addressed through out both properties, Section of 1401 S Alvernon has be sold & will be under development soon, looking at possible fencing off wash. Inspector introduced Evergreen PM to Columbus Village PM Apartment complex property bordering wash. Evergreen PM in process of securing bids, intends to start w/graffiti abatement & along railed side walk areas.

No progress made, property rep. contacted insp. approx. 3 weeks ago & reviewed violation issues. Apply reinspection fee and insp. to attempt contacting rep. for status.
