TPD referral. Inspector's Pumphrey and Cox investigated 11-18-11 and found the house in a highly advanced state of disrepair. It appears that the house has been unoccupied for more than a year. The last active water account was closed 12-02-2009 and no activity since. The proeprty is owned by Armani Investments and is scheduled for a Trustee's sale on 11-22-11. I'll attempt to contact and RP at Armani and get any other information. |
