The refuse and debris had been removed and all egress was sufficient. There was water, electric and gas utilities to the home and the water heater was providing hot water at the kitchen sink. There was a working electric stove in the kitchen as welll as microwave oven. I lifted the condemnation and allowed the owner to occupy. | |

ANGELA OBTAINED KEYS FROM HER MOTHER SO THAT DOOR DID NOT NEED TO BE REPINNED. ALLOWED ANGELA ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE SO SHE COULD OBSERVE THE VIOLATIONS, WENT OVER WITH HER EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. EXPLAINED THE 30 DAY TIME FRAME AND HOW EXTENSIONS WORK. |
