Talk to the owner and she has the plans from the draftsman and lacking the money to pay for the permit. She is hoping in a couple weeks that she can pay for the permit. Did advise that the fines are going to start being assessed at next inspection if nothing has been done. Will check in 14 days.
08/27/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and is trying to get the plans from the draftman. The draftman had a death in the family and out of town. The owner will be gone for 2-weeks and than hope to have the drawings to submit for approval. Will check in 30 days. RV.

The D.D.O. has been approved and the letter sent to the property owners surrounding the property. Advised the owner that now that the D.D.O. has been approved that the fines can start if nothing has been done. Talk to the contractor working on the drawings and he is waiting for the owner to call him to finish the drawings due to only the site plan and the elevation are completed for the D.D.O.
